What's Involved with
'Stay in Touch'?
Here is the nitty gritty on what we do. We believe that the best source
for new business is a referral from someone who knows you. It is our job to make sure
that the people who know you know what you do and then remember you when they have
a need for your product or service.
We take our job very seriously. These are the steps we take to accomplish
that for you.
- First, we brainstorm with you to
learn about your company goals and objectives and just what it is that you are trying to
accomplish.
- Second, we develope an email
template with a Look & Feel that is consistent with your corporate identity. All emails will be formatted using
this Look & Feel.
- Third, we help you build your email
list. Most of our clients already have an email list of their clients. If you don't, we
show you how to go about building your list. Once you give us the initial list, we
maintain the database from that point on.
- Fourth, we write and customize the
content for your emails based on topics that are relevant to your customers.
- Fifth, we setup the artwork using
the branded email template that you approved in step 2 above.
- Sixth, we get your approval and
then initialize and schedule your campaign. NOTE: The very first email that is sent out is one
that announces your intentions to your clients and asks their permission to send them
your monthly e-Newsletter.
- Seventh, We give you tracking reports that show the click activity of your email marketing
campaign. You then analyze and use the reports to determine who would be a good prospect
to pursue.
